Back in late July, I started building apps with no real agenda. Honestly, it was just for fun, something creative, a way to solve problems that I personally ran into. At first, these projects were meant only for me.
But then I asked myself: why keep it to myself, when others could enjoy them too?
The Shift in Thinking
At first, I was simply scratching my own itch—building tools that made my workflow easier or solved everyday frustrations. But as I kept creating, I realized there’s a bigger opportunity here.
- If these tools are valuable to me, they can be valuable to others.
- Building for myself is the start, but building for others is the growth.
That’s when I started to shift from “what do I want?” to “what do customers want?”
The Journey So Far
In just a short time, I’ve gone from experimenting for fun to:
- Releasing apps across Android, iOS, and Chrome/Edge.
- Learning marketing (my first real attempt at it).
- Understanding users—their needs, frustrations, and feedback.
And the most surprising part? It feels good to see people use what I’ve built.
What’s Next
I’m still learning every day—about design, about marketing, about users. The goal now is to keep creating, keep sharing, and keep improving.
This isn’t just about apps anymore. It’s about building something people find useful and making an impact, even if it starts small.
Here’s to growing from fun side projects into something meaningful!
