If you submit a testimonial or other material for public display, you give Aperca permission to review, format, and display that material on this website. We may choose not to publish it. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share. You can ask us to remove a published testimonial through the contact form.

To the extent permitted by law, Aperca is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, Aperca’s total liability for claims related to the website will not exceed the amount you paid Aperca, if any, to use the website in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Applicable law
These terms are subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain in effect. Nothing in this section takes away a right that cannot legally be waived.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the website or our services change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date and will apply from its stated effective date. If a change requires advance notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law.
