Candidates can also set their availability status—such as actively looking or open to offers—and share a public profile link to get discovered by recruiters. Employers can search a curated pool of candidates using powerful filters like job title, skills, experience level, work preference, and salary expectations. Each candidate is ranked with a smart match score, helping employers quickly identify the best fits based on role alignment, skill overlap, and preferences. TalentMatch also prioritizes user control and privacy. Instead of exposing personal contact details by default, employers must send a contact request that candidates can approve or decline. This reduces spam while giving job seekers full control over who can reach them.
