Driva Lite provides fleet compliance monitoring services, including but not limited to:

• Real-time tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) tracking
• Load weight compliance monitoring
• Automated compliance alerts and notifications
• Fleet management dashboard and reporting
• Incident tracking and historical data analysis

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

The platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Aperca LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, experience occasional downtime, or modify features at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Compliance monitoring data is provided for informational purposes, and you are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APERCA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@apercallc.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
