Eligibility\nYou affirm you are 13+ (or have parental consent) and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.\n\n3. Persona Creation & Content\nYou are responsible for persona descriptions and data you upload. You must not upload:\n• Content that violates others' rights (copyrights, likenesses, privacy)\n• Explicit, illegal, or harmful content\n• Instructions intended to bypass safety guardrails\n• Personally identifiable information of others without consent\n\n4. AI Behavior\nreminAI generates responses based on your persona data. Outputs are AI-generated and may not perfectly represent the intended subject. We do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of all AI responses.\n\n5. Sharing & Collaboration\nWhen you share a persona:\n• You grant users permission to interact with the persona as you configured\n• Shared users must respect community guidelines\n• You remain responsible for persona content you created\n• Shared access can be revoked anytime\n\n6. Group Chat\nGroup conversations follow standard community guidelines. Group owners may moderate, remove members, or delete conversations.\n\n7. Prohibited Uses\nNo harassment, hate speech, impersonation (without consent), sexual exploitation, or attempts to manipulate others via AI personas.\n\n8. Content Rights\nYou retain rights to original content you create. You grant us a license to host, process, and display personas for operational purposes.\n\n9. Disclaimers\nService provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability, or suitability. AI interactions may not be legally or medically valid.\n\n10. Liability\nLimited to fees (if any) paid in the prior 12 months; no consequential damages.\n\n11. Termination\nWe may suspend or terminate for policy violations, safety concerns, or legal requirements. You may delete your account anytime.\n\n12.
