The Service\nAI-NotepadPlus provides AI-powered note-taking including meeting transcription, auto-organize, text rewriting, formatting, and summarization. Features may change over time.\n\n## 3. Beta Notice\nThe Service is currently in beta. Data may be wiped when transitioning to production. Do not store critical or sensitive information during beta.\n\n## 4. User Content\nYou retain ownership of all notes and content. You grant Aperca LLC a license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service, including AI processing for transcription and enhancement.\n\n## 5. Accounts and Responsibilities\nYou are responsible for activities under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.\n\n## 6. Acceptable Use\nYou agree not to: (a) violate laws, (b) infringe intellectual property rights, (c) transmit malware, (d) attempt to bypass security or access controls, or (e) scrape or overload the Service.\n\n## 7. Third-Party Services\nAI features may use third-party AI providers. Content sent to these providers is governed by their data processing terms.\n\n## 8. Disclaimers\nThe Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated outputs may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.\n\n## 9. Limitation of Liability\nTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.\n\n## 10. Termination\nWe may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. You may delete your account at any time.\n\n## 11. Changes to Terms\nWe may update these Terms from time to time.
