These Terms of Service apply to Fastcarb (the "App") provided by Aperca LLC ("Aperca", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Fastcarb, you agree to these terms.
1. Health disclaimer
Fastcarb is for informational and tracking purposes only and is not medical advice. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information where needed for meaningful results
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass security controls
- Use the App to transmit malware or abusive content
- Interfere with the App or the systems that support it
5. Beta features
Fastcarb is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data loss may occur. Please keep your own backups/exports if available.
6. Privacy
Your use is also governed by the Fastcarb Privacy Policy.
7. No warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
