1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Clipboard+ (the "Service"), including the browser extension and web app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Clipboard+ provides clipboard history management, text expansion, and cross-device sync. Features may change over time, including the introduction of premium features.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Clipboard+ subject to these Terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of clipboard content and snippets. You grant Aperca LLC a license to host, process, and sync your content solely to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) violate laws, (b) store or distribute unlawful content, (c) attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the software, (d) capture sensitive data of others without consent, or (e) scrape or overload the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
Browser Sync is provided by your browser vendor. Their terms may apply when you enable sync.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the extension or deleting your account.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
