By accessing or using Software Health (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Software Health provides tools to create and manage products, run engineering scorecards, track trends, and configure related features (such as exports, webhooks, goals, and reminders). Features may change over time.
You are responsible for activities under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant Aperca LLC a license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to: (a) violate laws, (b) infringe intellectual property rights, (c) transmit malware, (d) attempt to bypass security or access controls, or (e) scrape or overload the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, by delivering webhooks to URLs you provide). You are responsible for your use of third-party services and for ensuring your integrations are configured securely.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
