1. Purpose

TrueMatch facilitates consensual romantic and community connections through compatibility matching, community groups, and messaging.

2. Eligibility

You affirm you are 18+ and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.

3. User Conduct

No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, coercion, explicit illegal content, or impersonation. Consent must be respected at all times. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Matching & Scores

Compatibility outputs are heuristic guidance; no guarantees of outcome. Matching algorithms use your voluntarily provided preferences.

5. Safety Features

We may intervene, restrict, or remove accounts for safety violations. Safe Word Chat Exit provides instant block and log snapshot for your protection.

6. Content Rights

You retain rights to original content. You grant Aperca LLC a license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate laws, (b) impersonate others, (c) transmit malware, (d) attempt to bypass security or access controls, or (e) scrape or overload the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees (if any) paid in the prior 12 months. No consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate for policy or legal violations. You may delete your account anytime through account settings.

11. Changes

Material updates posted with revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
