1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WealthTrackr (the "Service"), including the web app and mobile apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Informational Use Only
WealthTrackr provides information and tools to help you track your finances. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter. You grant Aperca LLC a license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. Your data is yours.
4. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for activities under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Enter accurate information to get meaningful results. Maintain backups if needed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) violate laws, (b) infringe intellectual property rights, (c) transmit malware, (d) attempt to bypass security or access controls, or (e) scrape or overload the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
Optional analytics and crash reporting may be provided by Firebase (Google). The mobile apps may use platform-specific services.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Financial data presented is for informational purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. You may delete your account and all data at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
