Blockme MotherFocus – Terms of Service\nEffective Date: 09/26/2025\n\nBy installing or using Blockme MotherFocus (the "Extension") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.\n\n1. Purpose\nBlockme MotherFocus helps users reduce digital distraction by blocking specified sites and providing mindful, privacy-first insight into active browsing time.\n\n2. License\nYou receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Extension for personal or internal productivity purposes. All other rights are reserved by Aperca LLC.\n\n3. User Responsibilities\n• Use the Extension lawfully and ethically\n• Configure blocklists responsibly (we do not enforce moral or regulatory filtering)\n• Accept that no blocking method is 100% tamper-proof\n• Maintain your own backups/export if/when that feature becomes available\n\n4. No Central Data Storage\nWe do not host your blocklists, analytics, or preferences. Clearing browser data or uninstalling will remove them unless your browser sync preserves them.\n\n5. Limitations & Disclaimer\n• Some sites (dynamic subdomains, protocol changes, service workers) may evade blocking occasionally\n• Resource usage is minimal but not guaranteed on all device configurations\n• Provided "as is" without warranties of fitness, reliability, or accuracy\n\n6. Prohibited Uses\nDo not use the Extension to:\n• Surveil or control another person without consent\n• Enforce punitive monitoring in workplaces or schools\n• Violate laws, platform policies, or third-party rights\n\n7. Updates\nWe may publish updates (bug fixes, performance improvements, new local-only features). Continued use after update constitutes acceptance.\n\n8. Liability Limitation\nTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including productivity loss claims.\n\n9. Termination\nWe may restrict access for abuse, security concerns, or legal compliance. You may terminate by uninstalling.\n\n10. Governing Law\nThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles.\n\n11.
