• Respect the privacy of others; don't save tabs containing sensitive data without consent.

• Tab Master stores tab URLs, titles, and metadata locally or via Browser Sync if enabled.
• We don't transmit your data to our servers. See the Privacy & Data Usage policy for details.

4. Third‑Party Services

• Browser Sync is provided by your browser vendor. Their terms may apply when you enable sync.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

7. Changes to the Extension or Terms

• Features may change over time, including the introduction of premium features.
• We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by removing it.
