DailySync Browser Extension – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the DailySync Browser Extension ("Extension") provided by Aperca LLC.

1. Information We Collect
We do NOT collect personal data or transmit your notes to our servers. DailySync:
• Stores your stand-up notes (Yesterday, Today, Impediments, Action Items) locally in your browser
• Does NOT use third-party analytics or trackers

2. How We Use Information
All processing happens locally on your device:
• Save and display your daily stand-up notes and history
• Auto-carry forward Yesterday’s Today into the new day as a starting point
• Provide optional reminder notifications for your stand-up

3. Data Storage & Control
• Local-only by default; optional Chrome Sync if enabled by you
• Clear all data anytime from Settings
• Uninstalling the extension removes local data

4. Permissions
• Storage: Save notes and settings locally or via Chrome Sync
• Notifications (optional): Deliver stand-up reminders at your chosen time
• Commands (optional): Keyboard shortcuts to open DailySync quickly

5. Security
• Data remains on your device or within your browser’s encrypted sync
• No external servers, databases, or trackers are used
