• DailySync stores all data locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to external servers.
• Your notes, action items, and settings remain private and secure on your device.
• Optional Browser Sync available if you choose to sync across devices via your browser account.

4. Third‑Party Services

• Browser Sync is provided by your browser vendor. Their terms may apply when you enable sync.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

7. Changes to the Extension or Terms

• Features may change over time, including the introduction of premium features.
• We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by removing it.
