You may use MarkUpShot for:
- Creating screenshots for documentation, bug reports, and communication
- Annotating and editing images for personal or professional use
- Organizing screenshots in the local gallery feature

4. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use MarkUpShot to:
- Capture or distribute copyrighted content without permission
- Create screenshots of private or confidential information belonging to others
- Violate any website's terms of service regarding content capture
- Engage in any illegal or harmful activities

5. Disclaimer
MarkUpShot is provided "as is" without warranties. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and website terms when capturing content.

6. Data and Privacy
All image processing occurs locally on your device. No screenshots or personal data are transmitted to our servers.

7. Updates and Changes
We may update these terms with extension updates. Continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.

8. Limitation of Liability
Aperca LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from use of MarkUpShot.
